Wow! At the bridge water temp 75! Vis 20' Spotted eagle ray and two of the resident shortnose batfish. Bruce Almberg said offshore temp was 75 and vis was 80' on Scarface, I think. What a change!

PHIL FOSTER PARK
Phil Foster Park is located smack in the intracoastal waterway just west of Singer Island and south of Peanut Island. There is a playground, and picnic areas with grills. Open sunrise to sunset; This park was just renovated in 2007 and it really looks nice and provides for nice easy diving.
